Can the software pull candidates from LinkedIn and job boards?

The Hays tool does. It takes candidate data from LinkedIn and HeadHunter and also reads Word and .doc files.

Can you build a virtual career fair or hiring event platform?

Yes. Everytalent runs virtual career fairs with skill tests, candidate matching, chat and polls. It connects to the Everytale event platform, which supports 100,000+ participants at once.

How fast can we get a first version?

Everytalent had a working MVP in two months with a team of seven. The Hays tool started as a prototype and grew in steps. A narrow first release that tests the idea usually takes 2-4 weeks.

Can the tool grow into a bigger system later?

It can. The Hays tool started as a CV formatter and grew into a small ERP system, connected to the recruiters' KPI and bonus system.

Can you take over a tool another team started?

We have done it before. LIVETAG, a live-shopping platform, came back to us after another contractor. We put together a team for the stack already in the code, cleaned up the code on every platform, then added features. Before we give you a plan, we look at your code.
