YOU(th) is a wellness app that uses AI and smartphone sensors to run a quick, non-invasive health check in under two minutes. No wearables, no clinic visits. It analyzes face videos, voice samples, and eye images to track over 50 wellness biomarkers and detect early signs of health risks.

Users get personalized recommendations, wellness scores, and progress tracking, all inside a clean, mobile-first experience. Designed for longevity clinics, wellness brands, and end users alike, the app offers a customizable interface and seamless partner integrations through the broader ecosystem.

The challenge

When the client reached out to us, they had a new CTO, fresh funding, and a big challenge: the previous dev team had missed the mark, and the product needed a full reboot in a short time. We jumped in to help them relaunch a smarter, faster, and more reliable app built to scale and impress.

Project management

We kicked things off by tearing down the existing AI algorithm and rebuilding it with accuracy and performance in mind. Once that foundation was in place, we moved into app development, working in fast, focused sprints to deliver functional milestones.

Our approach was flexible and collaborative: we stayed in close touch with the client, adapted as priorities shifted, and shipped working updates regularly. What started as a rescue mission quickly turned into a long-term partnership. We're still working together, expanding the product and supporting its growth.

The technology

The YOU(th) app uses AI and smartphone sensors to scan for early signs of health issues. No extra devices or lab tests are needed. By combining face video, voice recording, and eye photos, it helps identify potential risks and offers insights into overall wellness in just a couple of minutes.

Using facial video analysis, the app detects subtle changes in skin tone caused by blood flow, just through the phone camera. This contactless method, known as PPG (photoplethysmography), provides real-time estimates of heart rate, oxygen levels, breathing rate, blood pressure, and even stress.

Then comes the voice analysis. Users speak for about 30 seconds, and the app listens not to what they say but how they say it. By studying tone, pitch, and rhythm, the AI can pick up on potential signs of mental health issues like depression or cognitive decline and even spot changes related to respiratory conditions.

Finally, the app also includes eye photo analysis. A simple image of the outer eye can reveal key indicators related to cholesterol, blood sugar levels (HbA1c), and kidney function. By examining blood vessel patterns and eye color, the AI provides a non-invasive way to assess deeper health markers.

Traza is an Australian marketplace for tattoo artists. Its team had the web product, the API and the designs, but no mobile developers. Our React Native team built the artist app on top of what they had and got it approved on the App Store and Google Play. It went live in early 2026.

Koncierge connects a payment provider, FX brokers and licensed local agents in Japan through one API, a portal for each role and an embeddable checkout widget. We modeled the data, built the payment matching engine and the portals, and took it live.

Volumetryx links drug companies, hospitals and scan readers in cancer trials. We built a clickable demo of its platform: trial setup, uploads of large scan files, a browser scan viewer and progress dashboards. The two hardest technical questions were answered before the main build.

Subflare shows B2B teams what a visitor did on their website before filling in a form, and how ready they are to buy. We tested the risky AI part in 2 weeks, then built the tracking script, AI scoring, dashboards and admin panel.
