About project

In Rocketech, for over 8 years, we have been helping companies to build and improve their products.

Usually, we are reached by ambitious teams from the US, Europe and Asia that want to implement their idea in code, create a site or an application. Moreover, we gladly advise and help them to define a roadmap.

Now Rocketech has more than 40 people and more than 10 projects at various stages.

Our teams work remotely worldwide — from Europe, the USA, Asia. Our headquarters are situated in Singapore.

Over the years of work, we have created many successful cases. To be more precise, we:

  • Developed more than 100 products for more than 70 clients;
  • Received Clutch “Gold Verified Partner” award;
  • Cover 20+ industries.

At the moment, we’re in search of a Talent Sourcer to identify and attract top talents for open positions.

Important point: employment is part-time.

What you have to deal with

  • Source candidates for open positions using a variety of channels, such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals;
  • Screen candidates to assess their skills and experience;
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruiter and hiring managers;
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest sourcing trends and best practices;
  • Track and report on sourcing metrics.

What we expect from you

  • 6+ months of experience as a Talent Sourcer in IT company;
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting process;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to multitask and work independently;
  • Intermediate level of English.
