In Rocketech, for over 7 years, we are helping companies to build and improve their products

Usually, we are reached by ambitious teams from the US, Europe and Asia that want to implement their idea in code, create a site or an application. Moreover, we gladly advise and help them to define a roadmap

Our teams work remotely worldwide — from Europe, the USA, Asia. Our headquarters are situated in Singapore.

At the moment, we’re in search of an experienced Resource Manager to be in charge of resource planning and allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of company’s resources, and managing employees’ skills.

This vacancy implies part-time

What you have to deal with

  • Fulfillment of internal resource requests
  • Coordination the internal hiring process
  • Communication with hiring managers and employees
  • Management of resource planning documentation

What we expect from you

  • Resource manager/HR experience no less than 2 years
  • Thorough understanding of HR processes (hiring, onboarding, exit, etc.)
  • Understanding of resource management processes will be a great plus
  • Experience within IT outsourcing
  • Superior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Google Apps proficiency (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
  • B1+ English
