We’re looking for a highly skilled IT Recruiter to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying and attracting talents. You will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, while also helping us grow our dynamic and diverse team.

Important point: employment is part-time.

What you have to deal with

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and hiring;
  • Work closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies;
  • Review and comprehend technical job requirements to effectively communicate with candidates;
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing candidates with a smooth and professional experience;
  • Successful vacancies closure (both technical and non-technical) according to the SLA;
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to attract candidates through various online platforms;
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future roles;
  • Work with a team on recruitment database, metrics calculation, and results analysis;
  • Optimization of recruitment processes.

What we expect from you

  • 4+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of managing the full recruitment cycle;
  • Experience with successful vacancy closure and meeting SLA, readiness to adjust search strategy and process to optimize and speed up vacancy closure;
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of market and compensation ranges for different positions and technologies;
  • Knowledge of recruitment metrics and reporting;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Experience in collaborating with C-Level executives and handling a diverse range of vacancies is a strong plus;
  • A business-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility;
    Proficiency in English, with at least an Upper-Intermediate level;
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
