We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team.

What you have to deal with

  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities;
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects;
  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting sales data;
  • Researching and identifying potential customers on pre-seed/seed rounds of investment;
  • Reviewing past sales data to determine trends in productivity;
  • Performing sales market research into trends related to the company’s business;
  • Evaluating and predicting sales trends and market changes.

What we expect from you

  • Successful experience as a Business Development Representative, Lead Generation Manager or a related position in the IT outsourcing or product company — no less than 4 years;
  • Experience with B2B;
  • Advanced level of English (C1-C2);
  • Excellence in using sales tools, G-suite services and various CRM systems;
  • Proven experience in lead generation, starting from lead nurturing to successful software development deals;
  • Analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills;
  • Ability to work remotely both independently and within a team.
