Our team developed a mobile application for SberBank Idea - a successful crowdsourcing platform, funded and supported by a leading financial institution.
We developed a cross-platform mobile app that was adapted to 7 mobile devices (iPhones, Android smartphones, tablets, Apple tablets, smart watches with React Native, and others)
Users can leave their suggestions for bank improvements by choosing the category where the change should be implemented (customer service, innovation, transactions, etc). Each registered user can leave, edit, delete their ideas in an admin panel.
Sberbank Idea is a crowdsourcing tool where users can leave suggestions for bank improvement. These suggestions undergo a peer-to-peer voting: each user has 15 points which can be given to a favorite idea via public votes.
Visitors can comment and like ideas of other users, therefore, increasing its chances of being implemented.
The moderator can evaluate the ideas, change their status (accepted, implemented, declined), and request improvements. Community management provides feedback to users about the quality of their work and lets them get details on project's status.
All active members are ranked by the community according to their contributions.
All ideas and categories are displayed in a dashboard as cards. This page keep track of the number of involved users, progress, and deadlines.
Our team created services for news creation, editing, and enabled user feedback, such as likes and comments. A post includes text, image, meta tags, formatting, video content, and statistics.
App managers create and format posts and target specific updates to particular target audience segments. The post can be displayed publicly or to chosen users.
App users can answer yes/no, open, check-box, and other types of questions. Additionally, they can add files, media, and hyperlinks to their open answers.
Sberbank Idea is opened to two types of users: 1) bank's employees that manage and evaluate submitted ideas; 2) bank customers that suggest ideas for improvements. Each of these categories has a unique registration field and a different admin panel view.
Users can use their emails, passwords, and mobile numbers for multi-step authentication. We also enabled a sign-up social media credentials, connecting Facebook, VK, and OK. Users can reset their passwords via email or SMS.
